The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation and a strong understanding of construction costs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labour and material costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Analyze and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Prepare and present cost reports and estimates to clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation
  • Strong understanding of construction costs and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
