Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to £75k DOE, plus a car allowance and a range of benefits including annual bonus, 25 days' holiday, early finish Fridays, pension, healthcare, on-site parking, and paid parental leave schemes.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the bid team on a wide range of regional construction projects. Key responsibilities include developing the pre-construction programme, delivery programme, and operational delivery strategy for each project; ensuring the bid teams are managed and collating inputs from various stakeholders to produce robust technical and commercial submissions; supporting talent development within the pre-construction team; identifying and presenting new opportunities for review with the Board; and maintaining a dynamic bid library to enhance future bid collateral.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant industry qualification at HNC or above in Construction; a full valid UK driving license; proficiency in programming software and development of literature to clearly articulate the delivery strategy at the pre-construction phase; great organizational skills capable of delivering multiple projects simultaneously; previous BIM experience; and extensive technical construction knowledge.
