Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of hotel operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their targets and developing their skills.
- Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure a high occupancy rate.
- Oversee maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations, to ensure the hotel remains in good condition.
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 3 years of experience in a hotel management role, preferably in a similar size and type of hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Overtime required during peak periods.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
