School Social Worker I

The Anglophone North School District is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Social Worker I to join our Child and Youth Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide critical support to children, youth, and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective intervention and crisis response support to enhance the social-emotional and behavioral development of children and youth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized service plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of all students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in child and youth services.
- Bachelor of Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers.
- Experience working with children and families in a school or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
