Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
About the Role:- Lead a team of 6 sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the General Manager, including sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.
Our company is a division of a large, corrugated packaging company with over 2500 employees. We operate independently from the parent company, providing similar packaging solutions to large and enterprise clients. Our corporate culture is family-oriented with an open-door policy, supportive and focused on providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a similar role.
- Industry experience is an asset but not a pre-requisite.
- Experience selling a commodity product to a similar client base.
- Strong technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 plus bonuses.
- OTE in the first year is $162,000 to $175,000.
