**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Axis Recruitment. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) on various projects, ensuring smooth coordination and administrative processes.

Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and support the Project Manager(s) on multiple projects.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including shop drawings, RFIs, and SIs.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with project stakeholders, including plans, actions, risks, and issues.
  • Provide expert advice on construction-related matters, identifying and resolving project challenges.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Proactively monitor and report on project performance, ensuring timely completion and cost control.

Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or Technical College Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of construction principles, industry practices, budgeting, and scheduling.
