About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Jas Chandi CPA Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business growth and development.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Human Resources Planning: Develop and implement human resources planning strategies to support business growth.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Refugee Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
  • Visible Minority Support: Develop and implement hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
