Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

At Sunset Grill, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and condiments as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting tills and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
