Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary:

As a Food Service Supervisor with Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Additionally, you will estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports. You will work closely with the team to establish work schedules and ensure that the food service establishment runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work setting: Food service establishment
  • On-site customer service
