Key responsibilities include developing staff, controlling expenses, and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have prior retail and management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
2. Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
3. Control expenses and shrinkage through effective inventory management and process improvement.
4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. 18 years or older to apply.
2. Previous retail and management experience required.
3. Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.
4. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
