We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Cashier - Customer Experience Specialist.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and process transactions efficiently at the cash register.

This involves making every customer's shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service, suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction, and being careful and precise when handling transactions.

You will also be responsible for clearly explaining return policies to customers, answering the phone in a professional manner, keeping your work area clean, and respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous customer service experience, be quick and methodical, and possess strong communication skills.

You should also be good with numbers, open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods, and looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges.
