Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and implement exterior envelope design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate exterior envelope systems with other building systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Evaluate contractor submittals related to exterior envelope systems.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to source building envelope materials and components.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as required.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in exterior envelope design and construction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope design and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction methods related to exterior envelope systems.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proven experience in project coordination and construction administration.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and integration of building systems.
