As a Change Management Lead, you will play a key role in implementing change management initiatives for Supply Chain projects, enabling project success and supporting the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives.

About this Role
  • Deliver and implement the change management strategy & approach for Supply Chain Strategy project(s)
  • Assess and understand change readiness & change impacts and identify key stakeholder groups to inform required activities
  • Scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities (e.g. change impact assessments, leadership alignment, readiness assessments, hypercare & sustainment plans), to enable multi-year program(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communications and sustainment plans that support stakeholders throughout the change journey
  2. Work with the Supply Chain Strategy & Programs team in planning & reporting on required change management activities
  3. Identify any change-related program risks and recommended mitigation strategies and collaborate with other team members and partners in the business (e.g., communications, learning/training) throughout the transformation journey to plan and deliver on our transformation priorities

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in planning and delivering change management activities for transformation projects, ideally in a change management role, with strong communications skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentational. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal is essential. Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
