Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics NAV/BC Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions within Dynamics NAV/BC.
  • System Configuration and Implementation: Configure, test, and implement new modules, enhancements, and updates to the Dynamics NAV/BC system.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring optimal system usage and understanding.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any Dynamics NAV/BC related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Integration and Alignment: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other business systems.
  • Process Improvement: Keep abreast of new Dynamics NAV/BC features and functionalities, recommending improvements to business processes.
  • Documentation: Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central, particularly in a distribution environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business and accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various business units.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Training and Support: Ability to provide training and support to system users.
  • Professional Development: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics NAV/BC.
