Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site Level 2 technical support for Windows systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Assist with system installation, configuration, and upgrades
  • Perform system diagnostics, system restores, and user account management
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support to escalate complex issues and provide guidance
  • Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Evaluate and implement security patches and updates
  • Train and support users on proper system usage and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems and networking concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a multi-platform environment
  • Experience with system installation, configuration, and user management
  • Familiarity with security protocols and patch management
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python is a plus

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Level 2 support or system administration role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
