At Valmon Construction Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Laborer to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks and excavators. They will also assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, remove rubble and other debris, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with heavy equipment and a strong understanding of safety protocols. They will also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
