About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Baker at Roma Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake breads and pastries to meet quality and quantity standards
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
