Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RN who can provide high-quality patient care through interpersonal contact, evaluation of patient needs, and revision of care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering care that allows patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans accordingly.
  • Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
  • Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).
  • A current license/registration in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • At least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
