Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exterior Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers in cleaning windows, pressure washing exterior surfaces, and gutters at residential customers' homes, storefronts, and large multi-unit buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew of workers in cleaning windows and pressure washing exterior surfaces and gutters at residential customers' homes, storefronts, and large multi-unit buildings.
  • Oversee machine snow clearing operations during the winter months and assist with snow removal when required.
  • Oversee, coordinate, schedule, and provide training to our cleaning technicians.
  • Ensure the worksite is safe before the cleaning technicians commence their duties.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the company quality standard.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to coordinate work activities and relay all job-related issues and feedback.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare cost estimates and sell services to potential clients.
  • Perform walk-throughs with homeowners.
  • Work with clients to resolve any problems that arise.
  • May assist with the hiring of staff.
  • Prioritize quality work in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • Previous related cleaning experience and proven leadership/supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience working at heights.
  • Experience using Excel, G-Suite, and working with a CRM.
  • Customer service experience, and experience operating heavy machinery is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide training and guidance.
  • Reliable, hardworking with a focus on upholding company quality standards.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to problem solve and adapt as needed.
  • Strong Manual Dexterity and agility is a must.
  • Strong ability to kneel, reach, climb, and balance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
