Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
