Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assistant Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP chemical processing standards and have experience in maintaining and improving a Quality Management System (QMS).


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date QMS documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in preparation and follow-up on internal and external audits.
  • Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve defects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance with production and laboratory processes.
