  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
