Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Residential Care Attendant to join our team at Simonia. This on-call position involves providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and safety.


About the Role
  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary
  • Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with residents, listening to their concerns, and advocating for their needs

Requirements and Qualifications
  • PDSB training certification
  • Current CPR/AED training certificates
  • Law 90 training completion
