About the Role:

  • This senior position requires a strong background in welding, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with various materials and equipment, including manual and automated welding processes.
  • As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex welding tasks, including fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and components.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Mentor and train junior welders to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; post-secondary education or certifications in welding technology are considered assets.
