Infrastructure Inspection Specialist

This role supports the Transportation group by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth site operations for linear infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for preparing contract documents, communicating with project teams, and facilitating project meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums
  2. Process contract extra work claims and review monthly progress estimates
  3. Liaise with clients, contractors, and public stakeholders as required
  4. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and regulations
  5. Set up and facilitate project meetings
  6. Communicate with other project site inspectors and construction administrators

Requirements:

  • Civil Tech diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Superior English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, related to linear projects including water mains, sewers, and roads
  • Contract administrative experience is an asset
  • Valid class G driver's license and own vehicle for transportation
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
