Job Summary

Prairie Singh Bistro is seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
