We are a dynamic and growing agricultural company seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Farm Worker. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our crops and the well-being of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Grade and sort vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
  • Assist in the harvesting of seedlings and other crops.
  • Level and prepare the soil to meet fine-grade specifications.
  • Mix and apply fertilizers as needed.
  • Support the budding of trees and other crops.
Personal Qualities
  • Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Training and Support
  • Will provide on-the-job training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Support for newcomers and refugees, including assistance with settlement needs and social and labor market integration.
  • Participation in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-37 hours per week.
  • English language required.
