Join Our Team as a Certified Esthetician

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and trained Certified Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician at our spa, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, providing exceptional service and results. You will be responsible for customizing each facial to meet the individual needs of our clients, prescribing professional skincare products, and offering medical laser and waxing hair removal services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients with a warm and inviting manner
  • Explain treatments to clients before beginning and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
  • Make recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency, and pull products for clients to purchase
  • Apply laser hair removal or waxing services for hair removal clients
  • Willingness to learn and understand all spa services and product lines
  • Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
  • Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date
Qualifications:
  • Esthetic diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of skincare lines and products
  • Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
  • Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Strong team player
