About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Reico Construction Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization has the necessary leadership capabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Operational Excellence: Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met, and that the organization is operating at optimal levels.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior operations or executive role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, team player, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
