We are currently seeking a qualified Secondary Teacher to join our team at the Upper Canada District School Board. As a permanent member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a strong commitment to teaching and learning. As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
