About the Role

As an Electrical Installation Specialist with Enersolv Design & Build Ltd, you will play a vital role in our Electrical Services Department by installing, repairing, maintaining, connecting, and testing electrical systems. You will work closely with our Foreman to plan installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, and ensure that all electrical and electronic devices are installed and functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret electrical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Organize and manage materials and equipment required for projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with other trades and clients to coordinate work and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, applying technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Apply technical, personal, and teamwork skills to deliver high-quality results, on time, within budget, and safely.
  • Mentor junior apprentices, where applicable, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional training to continually develop skills and enhance career growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical services, with a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Red Seal Ticket in Electrical or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
