Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Resource Worker. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Early Childhood Education principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of educational programs for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and staff as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Category 3 (Certified): Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Educational Assistant (EA), or equivalent as deemed by the Employer. May be required to receive training in CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and/or other emergency techniques.

Category 1 (Uncertified): Secondary school diploma with entry level knowledge of Early Childhood Education (ECE) (EA) practices. 1 Year experience working with students with differing abilities/diverse learning needs preferred.
