Bakery Specialist

At the French 50 Bakery, we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can ensure that the quality of our products meets established standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking or cooking and possess excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.

• Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in baking or cooking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
