About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Technologist to join our team at Aricchimento Winery Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Study: Conduct thorough analyses of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Process Inspection: Regularly inspect production processes to identify and address any issues or defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the production process to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently, and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets.
  • Facilities Design: Design and develop plant layouts and production facilities to optimize production efficiency and safety.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data and samples to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process changes.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Support Functions: Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support production planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a production control or manufacturing engineering role.
