About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Top Installer Specialist to join our team at AFL Display Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality installations and providing excellent customer service.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, repairing and servicing existing installations, and determining layout and installation procedures. You will also measure and mark guidelines for installations, prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, and load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated products, such as countertops and cabinets
  • Repair and service existing installations to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each job
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure accurate placement
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure availability on-site
  • Loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctuality, accuracy, dependability, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
