Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management
  • Manage and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity
Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Asset Management and Market Share
  • Manage branch assets to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Employee Development and Engagement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a sales or operations environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
