As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee our internal operations, ensuring our operational infrastructure supports rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations, including human resources, technology infrastructure, legal compliance, and administration.
* Lead the implementation of operational systems to streamline efficiency and support deal flow.
* Manage our financial, legal, and operational resources to support capital raising and client acquisition.
* Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
* Work closely with our leadership team to identify and address any operational bottlenecks.

Key Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a financial services or investment firm.
* Proven ability to lead process optimization, technology implementations, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong background in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and legal structuring.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Structure:

* Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months, based on our growth milestones.
* Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.

Investment Requirement:

* Minimum investment of $25,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing based on our success.
