We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating special events, managing digital databases, and providing consultation on planning and starting new businesses.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be proficient in designing market research questionnaires, developing marketing materials, and evaluating customer service and store environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop all types of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes;
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs;
  • Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content;
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses;
  • Develop venture capital sources;
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities;
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization;
  • Analyze and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research projects;
  • Develop feasibility studies;
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions;
  • Develop marketing strategies;
  • Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place;
  • Maintain and manage digital database;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in designing market research questionnaires and developing marketing materials;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;

Estimated Salary: $62,500 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Please note that this is an estimated salary based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
