About the Role:

In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the customer service function, including welcome calls/checks, property tax, and property insurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sends out welcome letters, municipality notices, insurance notices, and other servicing-related letters to support the customer service and administration of mortgage servicing functions.
  • Promptsly receives and redirects incoming calls and retrieves voicemail messages to support the customer service function.
  • E nsures adequate property insurance is maintained at all times.
  • Takes action on notices for lapsed and/or canceled insurance policies daily, following set guidelines and procedures to ensure adequate property insurance coverage is maintained.
  • Maintains excellent customer service via phone, email, and mail, establishing relationships and following up in a timely manner on outstanding issues.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed notes, updating customer data in the servicing platform.
  • Follows company compliance policies and procedures, ensuring all AML/ATF requirements are met and there is minimal risk to the company.
  • Provides administrative support including scanning, printing, and faxing of customer service, insurance, and tax letters.
