About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled KBE Engineer to join our team at RGBSI. As a KBE Engineer, you will be responsible for creating complex CAD models using Catia/NX and Knowledge Based Engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain parametric CAD models for commodities using Catia/NX and Knowledge Based Engineering templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop complex vehicle systems.
  • Dictate architecture and construction techniques, create master development and packaging requirements, and define master template modeling structures.
  • Train and mentor other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with CAD modeling using Siemens NX.
  • Proven track record of robust modeling with Siemens NX.
  • Strong background in parametric CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
  • Experience in Body in White (Automotive) Engineering.
  • Product launch experience and/or assembly plant experience.
  • Engineering change management experience.
  • Stamping and component assembly knowledge.
  • Dimensional control understanding - GD&T, part-to-part variation/clearance, etc.
  • Relevant materials engineering knowledge.
  • Automotive OEM and/or Tier/supplier experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
