About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic leadership and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Foster close relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored sales solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
