Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Quesada Burritos and Tacos, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
  • Permanent employment status
  • Fluency in English
  • 40 hours per week
