Job Title: Landscaping Labourer

M.H.P.C Property Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Landscaping Labourer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to assist with landscape constructions, plant maintenance, and equipment operation. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, ensuring the highest quality of work and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as chain saws, front-end loaders, and tractor mowers.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, including raking, collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Assist with equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Write daily progress reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:

  • Work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Use personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses.
