About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our hotel operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing the front desk, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and optimizing room sales through the use of third-party booking software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and coordinate with the front office team
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations to ensure high standards are met
- Utilize third-party booking software to optimize room sales
- Support the front desk team in providing outstanding service
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to promote a positive workplace culture

Requirements
- 3-5 years proven experience in hotel operations management
- Strong background in revenue management and third-party booking software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
