Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hare Foods Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stag hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
