Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Subway team as a Shift Team Lead. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
- Assist with training and development of new staff members.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
