Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at Aspira Rosewood Retirement Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our residents feel at home in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform resident room cleaning as per assigned schedule, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfecting duties, including sweeping, dry/wet mopping, vacuuming, and rearranging furniture.
- Ensure the privacy of residents during performance of duties, maintaining confidentiality and respect.
- Prepare rooms for new occupants, following prescribed procedures to ensure a tour-ready environment.
- Notify supervisors when supplies are low or equipment is malfunctioning, ensuring seamless operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required, with a strong understanding of chemical and equipment use.
- Ability to read, write English, and follow written instructions.
- Good understanding of chemical and equipment use, with WHMIS training.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
