About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals and provide guidance on duties and policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
  • Resource Allocation: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other departments and ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
