Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Personnel Hoist and Construction Elevator Operator (PHCEO) or Car Switch and Construction Use Elevator Operator (CSOCEO) certification
  • Strong knowledge of mobile cranes, lifts, hoists, and winches, including their safe operation and maintenance
  • Intermediate math skills to accurately calculate loads and ensure safe lifting practices
  • A commitment to safety, with a focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a secure working environment
