Job Description

We are currently seeking Corporate, Commercial, and Transactional Lawyers to join our team in Alberta.

As a member of our team, you will provide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Counsel)
  • 5-10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Mid-Counsel)
  • 10 or more years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel)
  • Experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); and/or corporate maintenance/governance
